Refund policy

We want you to love your Blendyt. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make it right.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition you received them

• In the original packaging, with all accessories included

How to start a return

Email support@blendyt.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll reply with instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@blendyt.com with photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Blendyt covers all return costs.
